It’s a mobile app that lets you setup a challenge for you, your friends or family to cut down on your phone time together.

How it works

  • Step 1

    Download the app and start a 1, 2 or 4 week challenge

    option to select 1, 2 or 4 week challenge
  • Step 2

    Choose your setup

    Always allow the essentials like banking, messaging, alarms etc

    Limit access to certain categories e.g. Social Media, Gaming, Shopping

    Block categories like Advertising or Gambling

  • Step 3

    Select a daily allowance and bedtime for the categories you’ve limited.

    Once you hit your time limit, you’re blocked until the following day.

    Share the challenge with friends.

    Each person chooses their own categories and time limit for the duration of the challenge.
