Certain apps will always have 24/7 access. We’ve selected messaging, banking, calendar, email, music, podcasts, authentication, clocks, alarms and more. You can adjust these as needed.

If you need to access to your limited or blocked apps you have 2 options.
Each day you have two x 5 minutes for emergency access to limited apps
You can disable the SoCo app by making a $10 donation . All 100% of this donation goes to our chosen charity the UN Food programme (see more at wwwwfp.org). This donation is purely to motivate users to stick to their goals.

100%. All of your data is only stored on your phone.
We do not track sites or apps you use. We don’t track what categories you allow, limit or block.
We’re also looking to make our code open source so that anyone can view and audit how it works to guarantee it’s trustworthiness.

SoCo supports both iOS and Android so it should do. Reach out to us if there’s an issue and we’ll look to resolve it. We’re always happy to give a full refund if it’s not working.

It’s quite a simple app that doesn’t require a lot of new features or a big amount of ongoing development.
We wanted to make something affordable so everyone could use it. We think $5 for 1 year is fair.
